Yet many organisations have fewer opportunities than ever before to develop leadership skills through traditional learning, mentoring and day-to-day observation.

Waypoint Leadership was founded by Jennifer Merrick-Mowbray.
Over the past 15 years, Jennifer has held senior leadership, consulting and advisory roles across national charities, heritage organisations, professional services firms and global businesses, including the Fairtrade Foundation, the National Trust and PwC Consulting.
Her work has spanned business development, organisational transformation, strategic planning, operational improvement and executive coaching. During her consulting career, she worked with clients ranging from defence organisations and global sustainable energy businesses to FTSE 100 luxury brands, alongside extensive experience within the charity and cultural sectors.
This breadth of experience has provided a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face in developing leaders at every stage of their careers. Across sectors and organisational cultures, one theme has remained consistent: organisations perform best when managers are equipped with the skills, confidence and support needed to lead effectively.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Leeds University Business School, is an EMCC Qualified Coach Practitioner and Professional Member, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
